The Lochard HVAC & Plumbing Team

With more than seven decades of experience, our highly trained and certified technicians bring high-quality work and good old-fashioned customer service.

Nathan started as a service technician for Lochard Inc. in 2004 after graduating from both the UVCC and UNOH HVAC programs. After years of service in the field, Nathan was promoted to General Manager for the mechanical division of Lochard Inc.

Brian has over 25 years of HVAC experience with roles in installation, service and design of residential and commercial HVAC systems. He works with homeowners and commercial businesses to design and select the proper HVAC equipment for their application. Once a design is chosen, he then manages our team to complete a high quality installation.

Doug has been the service manager for 18+ years. Previous customer service work experience was in the aerosol business and collections department for Fifth Third Bank. “I pride myself on providing excellent customer service for all our customers."

Andy has 30 years of plumbing experience involving all facets of the plumbing industry, including industrial, retail construction and residential construction, as well as estimating, supervision and design build. Andy has been with Lochard Inc. since 1998 and is proud of the large number of projects completed in Shelby County and surrounding areas.
