Rewards Membership Terms & Conditions

Your PROTUNE Rewards Annual Membership will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled prior to the renewal date. A cancellation fee of $144 applies if canceled within the first six months of enrollment. Your payment method will be charged at the current rate, and you are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Membership benefits must be used within the membership year and do not carry monetary value.

Rewards Billing Schedule

• Membership payments start at the time of service.
• Commencement dates from the 11th–25th will be billed on the 25th of the following month.
• Commencement dates from the 26th–10th will be billed on the 11th of the following month.
